Pumped up Pumpkin Pie Dessert

This is an easy and yummy pumpkin pie-ish dessert. Just lose the crust and pump it up.Get your kids to prepare this, everyone will be happy! The kids at Gemperle Chicken Ranch love this one.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15oz can solid pack pumpkin
  • 1 12oz can can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1¾ cup cup melted butter
  • 1 cup chopped almonds

Instructions
 

  • Turn oven on to 350* degrees. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Mix together pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar and pumpkin pie spice.
  • Transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle the dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture.
  • Drizzle with melted butter and almonds. Place in oven and bake for 1 hour.
