Fluffy Cinnamon French Toast
Another great recipe with the help of eggs supplied by our Gemperle Chickens. Have fun making these tasty French toast for your family. The flour in this recipe makes them get fluffy unlike traditional French toast.
Ingredients
- ΒΌ cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- pinch salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp sugar or substitute honey
- 10 slices bread
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients except bread.Step Step
- Dip bread in egg mixture
- On medium heat. Melt the butter in a skillet.
- Fry French toast until golden brown on each side.
Notes
Enjoy with maple syrup, yogurt, powdered sugar or Jam.
