🥚 Oven-Baked Hard-Cooked Eggs: Step-by-Step

What You’ll Need:

Room temperature eggs (week old eggs peel easier)
Damp kitchen towel
Oven-safe rack
Large bowl filled with ice water (for cooling)

Instructions:

  1. Start Cold: Make sure your oven is off before beginning.
  2. Towel Setup: Place a damp kitchen towel directly on the oven rack.
  3. Egg Placement: Gently arrange the eggs on the towel. Keep them spaced apart and use the rack bars to prevent rolling.
  4. Heat It Up: Set the oven to 320°F and let the eggs bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Prepare Ice Bath: While the eggs bake, fill a large bowl with cold water and plenty of ice.
  6. Cool Down: Once done, carefully lift the towel by the corners and transfer the eggs directly into the ice bath.
  7. Chill & Peel: Let them cool completely before peeling.

Perfect for meal prep, picnics, or quick protein-packed snacks — and even better with a dash of Kiss the Chef Universal Spice Blend.

Try it once and you’ll never go back to boiling!
